Cooper Howard is fictional character of the Fallout franchise, that makes his appearance in Call of Duty: Black Ops 7.
History[]
Cooper was born sometime in the year 2030 and grew up, believing in the American dream. He would eventually become a member of the United States Marine Corps, during the Sino-American War against the Chinese in the tundra of Alaska. Not long after his service was completed, he would eventually become a successful actor and met the love of his life, Barbara, a Vault-Tec executive. The pair would then have a daughter and sometime later, Cooper was given sponsorship by Vault-Tec, which led him to question everything. He was unable to get any kind of work as an actor because of his sponsorship and when he learned that Vault-Tec was planning to drop the bombs themselves, he became disillusioned with the corporation that sponsored him and eventually divorced his wife. Labeled a communist, Cooper would be forced to pay alimony to his ex-wife, while also working as an entertainer. On the day of the Great War, Cooper witnessed the first bomb drop on the city of Los Angeles and attempted to flee a birthday party with his daughter, Janey. Sometime during the incident, he was transformed into the Ghoul, spending over 2 centuries, becoming a well known bounty hunter, surviving however he could.

He wears a weathered outfit, consisting of a cowboy-style shirt and jeans beneath a dark brown vest and ragged trench coat. His ensemble is complete with a tanned, (formerly white) cowboy hat, as well as a bandolier for his ammo and even holster. He also carries a Winchester Model 1873 "Mare's Leg" on his back and a pair of gloves.
