First, dual wielding isn't exactly useful in most situations, its usually better just to use one weapon with one or two hands. Second, MAC 10's are extremely inaccurate, shotguns usually have a better effective range. Third, the only reason gangs use this is because its a cheaply made, high capacity pistol.
