A saw mill is a building that cuts down trees and turns them into lumber.
Despite this there are plenty of other uses for these buildings such as the tools that were used for cutting down trees.
Advantages[]
- There will be several tools such as axes, and chainsaws that were used to cut down trees that can be used for weapons.
- Some are located in forests that are quite a distance from civilization, thus lowering the threat of zombies.
- Any wood leftover from the workers that left the saw mill can be used for other means.
- Some are larger than others.
Disadvantages[]
- There will not be much space to live in.
- While unlikely there could the chance of an animal attack.
- It's rather loud.
