Saraxis The Shadow or simply Saraxis, is an Elder God and a protagonist of the Call of Duty: Vanguard zombie mode.

History[]

Royal Bloodline[]

Like others of her brood, Saraxis was born in the Dark Aether, a member of the royal bloodline, like her future husband Kortifex. She was more cherished to the elder god than anything else, but forbade her to ever bear him children, as he feared that one day, their child would kill him like he did his own parents. Despite this, Saraxis had a child anyway and it angered Kortifex immensely. He not only erased Saraxis' memories by having her don the mask of the Sisters of Agony, but also bestowed an unknown fate upon their child. She would be dubbed "The Shadow" by her now-former husband and remained a loyal assassin to him.
