Julie Walker is a fictional character who appeared in Return of the Living Dead 3, portrayed by Melinda Clarke.

Julie and her boyfriend of 3 weeks, Curt Reynolds, sneak into the military base, where Curt's father, Col. John Reynolds, is stationed. Successful in infiltrating the base, they pair witness Reynolds working with the Trioxin gas in an attempt to create bio-weapons that come from the deceased corpses exposed to the gas. They witness as the experiment goes wrong, leading to the deaths of several workers, however both leave the base before being discovered and return to Curt's house. That night, the pair are alone, having sex, which is cut short due to Julie wondering what the zombie felt during the experiment. Curt's father returns not long after, explaining that he has not only been promoted, but also that they would have to move soon, leading to an arguement between them and both Curt and Julie going off on his bike. While on the back of his bike, Julie begins to playfully touch his crotch, leading to an accident, resulting in her death, via broken neck.
Knowing full well what the Trioxin gas did for the corpse prior, Curt breaks into the lab and exposes Julie to the gas, which reanimates her. Both flee, however, Julie begins feeling an intense hunger, forcing Curt to try to satiate it with snacks at a nearby store. They end up getting on the bad side of a gang, resulting in a struggle and the clerk of the store being shot. The pair escape in a van, with the cops on their tail and Julie in the back, eating some of the brain of the clerk. They find themselves taken in by a vagrant known as Riverman. Once there, Julie discovers that extreme pain, such as impaling her skin with various items, causes her to keep her hunger in check. Unfortunately, the gang they encountered earlier, tracks them down and leads to another struggle, leaving the gang infected, as well as Riverman.
