D.C. is a fictional character and mercenary leader from the 2008 film Outpost. He is portrayed by Ray Stevenson.
Early Life[]
D.C. was once a member of the Royal Marines, but retired after sometime and became a mercenary, wallowing in a bar and became a full blown alcoholic.
Outpost (2008)[]
While in a bar, D.C. is approached by a man named Hunt, who seeks his service in search of "minerals" within an area, referred to as No Man's Land, which is currently surrounded by both Russian military and insurgents. Accepting the job, D.C. and his men accompany Hunt to the location, where they come across radio interference, but undeterred and continue on their way. They reach an old outpost with an underground bunker, which D.C. investigates further, ordering mercenaries Taktarov and Jordan to remain above, while the remaining mercenaries accompanied him down further. While they continue further into the bunker, they begin hearing gunfire from Jordan and Taktarov above and proceed outside. D.C. orders a cease fire, but McCay ends up hit in the arm and firing continues, only for D.C. to order it to cease. Once it did, Tak went to investigate if there were any bodies along the treeline, only to come back, reporting not even shell casings were found,
Once the fighting ceased, D.C. and the others re-entered the bunker and reports to Hunt that whoever fired at them was probably from a patrol nearby.
