Following the curing of Earth's inhabitance, it was time for the Justice League to cure Jon's father, Clark, who spent the last 5 years absorbing solar energy from the sun. Damian remained behind, as he had no abilities to survive the vacuum of space. He then returned to Earth-2 via boom tube, courtesy of Mister Miracle and Big Barda and reunited with Alfred, telling him of the cure. Despite this new hope, Alfred was less than thrilled, as he had to kill Dick Grayson, Tim Drake and Bruce Wayne, regarding them as his "sons".
